About the Role

Managing a busy temp desk across Adelaide, you’ll be responsible for client management, candidate placement, and growing existing accounts through strong service and sales activity.

You’ll work closely with an experienced and supportive team while having the autonomy to build your desk and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow client relationships across transport and logistics
- Fill temporary and labour hire roles end-to-end
- Conduct sales activity and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate workforce bookings, rosters, and shift coverage
- Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
- Provide ongoing support to candidates on assignment




- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and workers

Skills & Experience

- Previous recruitment experience within labour hire, transport, logistics, or industrial sectors
- Confident with sales, relationship building, and business development
- Strong account management and client servicing skills
- Understanding of compliance and temporary workforce management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Motivated, resilient, and team-oriented approach
