We are looking for caring, reliable and experienced Support Workers to join our growing network in Chermside and surrounding areas.

We are seeking friendly and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities, mental health conditions and high physical support needs.

We value support workers who communicate clearly, show patience and understanding, and can build genuine connections with participants. Your role is to help participants feel comfortable, respected and supported while encouraging their independence and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in disability or mental health support
- Experience supporting participants with high physical support needs
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, patient and positive attitude
- Confidence in assisting with personal care, mobility and daily living activities
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Understanding of person-centred care and individual support needs
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
- Reliable, punctual and adaptable with shifts




- Ability to follow support plans and communicate any concerns appropriately

Requirements

- Valid ABN
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Australian working rights
- Relevant experience in disability support
- Relevant qualifications and additional training are highly regarded
