Floor Manager – Pizza Riccardo, Narrabeen

Pizza Riccardo is a busy Italian restaurant in Narrabeen, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and hands-on — someone who can lead the floor, support the team and make sure every service runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing the floor during service

* Leading and supporting the front-of-house team

* Managing bookings and table organisation

* Taking orders and providing excellent customer service

* Handling customer requests and resolving issues professionally

* Coordinating with the kitchen and bar during busy services

* Opening and closing the restaurant

* Helping maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation

About you:





* Previous hospitality experience is essential

* Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred

* Confident managing a team and busy services

* Friendly, professional and reliable

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Able to work well under pressure

* Available evenings and weekends

* Looking for a stable, long-term position
