Murilla Community Centre As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality educational programs that support the holistic development of young children.

Task & responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative and inclusive learning community.
- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development to inform individualized planning and ongoing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards in early childhood education and care.

Qualification & experience

- Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA).
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)



and First Aid certification.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing educational programs in early childhood settings.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an early childhood Teacher position.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
