Job Description

We're hiring Process Workers for day and afternoon shifts at one of Australia's largest food manufacturers. Our purpose is to craft food that brings out 'the GOOD', and that starts with great people. You'll get paid training from day one, and no experience is needed. The good stuff

What you'll be doing

- Preparing, packing and handling products on the production line
- Working with raw and cooked meat in a cold work environment
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What you'll bring:

- The ability to do repetitive work and lift up to 20 kg
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Bonus (not essential): FMCG or manufacturing experience

Our recruitment process 1. Phone screen: a quick chat with our recruitment team. 2. Assessment centre (approx.. 3 hours start to end): a site tour, an interview, a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening) and reference checks.

3. Paid onboarding: four days, Monday to Thursday from 9am, covering everything you need to start safely. Ready to jump in?
