Café Lurline is a popular café in Katoomba, known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality food and coffee.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes.
- Manage an assigned kitchen section during service.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion sizes.
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen organisation.
- Follow recipes and established kitchen procedures.
- Monitor stock rotation and minimise food wastage.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

About You

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Strong breakfast and lunch cooking skills.




- Ability to manage a busy section independently.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
- Availability to work weekends.
