We’re a growing Australian skincare brand bringing together K-beauty-inspired innovation and Australian-made skincare — and we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join us in-house.

There’s plenty happening here: new products, ingredient discoveries, launches and the everyday reality of building a beauty business. We need someone who sees the stories in it all and gets excited about bringing them to life.

You’ll work directly with our co-founder, Souraya, to help shape how people experience helloskin online.

We want our community to know the people behind the products — our personalities, what we’re working on and why we care so much about skin.

You’ll have room to pitch ideas, experiment and develop content you’re proud to put in your portfolio. Think brainstorming together, grabbing the camera when something happens, having a laugh through the retakes and seeing your ideas become part of the brand.

What you’ll be doing

- Bringing fresh content ideas for Instagram and TikTok.
- Filming and photographing products, founders, team moments and behind-the-scenes life.
- Confidently appearing on camera and helping others feel comfortable on it.
- Turning skincare ingredients and innovation into interesting, easy-to-understand content.
- Editing Reels and TikToks with robust hooks, personality and storytelling.
- Creating Stories, captions and social posts that sound and feel like helloskin.
- Managing the content calendar, scheduling and publishing.
- Connecting with our community through comments and messages, with support for product questions.
- Tracking what resonates and bringing those learnings into your next ideas.

You’re creative,



curious and comfortable putting yourself out there. You bring energy, a sense of humour and the initiative to get things moving.

You enjoy bouncing ideas around, but you can also take a concept and run with it. You’re happy to try something different, take feedback and follow through until the content is posted.

You’ll also bring:

- Examples of engaging social content you’ve created and edited.
- Confidence both in front of and behind the camera.
- A good understanding of Instagram and TikTok — trends, pacing, hooks and what makes content worth watching.
- Skills in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or Canva.
- Organisation, reliability and attention to detail.
- An interest in skincare, beauty and emerging ingredients.

Experience with a beauty or e-commerce brand is a bonus. Your creativity and the quality of your work matter more than your follower count or a particular degree.

The role

This is a paid casual position, approximately 6–18 paid hours across 1–3 days per week, working in person at our Sydney workspace. We are flexible with days and hours so lets chat.

Days and hours will be arranged around content needs and availability. We’re looking for someone who can start NOW.

Being here is a big part of the role: you’ll get to know the team, capture spontaneous moments and help our community feel part of the helloskin journey.
