Manager – Hospitality (Hands-On Role)

Hospitality comes first. No exceptions.

We’re looking for a solid, hands-on Manager / Assistant Manager who leads from the front. This is not a desk role—you’ll be on the floor, setting the standard, supporting your team and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.

Fast-paced venue. No two days the same.

The Role

- Run day-to-day operations
- Lead, coach and develop the team
- Solve problems on the spot
- Deliver consistent, high-level customer service
- Keep standards high across the entire venue

You Are

- Experienced in hospitality (non-negotiable)
- A natural leader who leads by example
- Calm under pressure and quick to act
- Someone who goes the extra mile—every time
- Hands-on, energetic and team-focused

Must Have

- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to work weekends
