Casual Personal Trainer | Deer Park North

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Deer Park North. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
