One Mob Pty Ltd ATF The EPA Trust is seeking a full-time Operations Leading Hand to join our team based in High Wycombe, WA 6057.

This is a hands-on truck driving role. You will spend most of your week driving an HR-class heavy truck, transporting temporary fencing materials and equipment to work sites, and supervising and assisting our installation crew on site.

Location: High Wycombe, WA, with occasional travel to regional sites such as Bunbury

Key responsibilities:

· Drive an HR-class truck, transporting fencing materials and equipment to work sites

· Complete daily pre-start checks and keep the assigned truck safe and roadworthy

· Monitor vehicle condition and report defects

· Load and unload the truck, ensuring loads are transported and offloaded safely and securely, including using a forklift where required





· Work with the Operations Manager to assist with daily work planning and plan delivery routes

· Provide explicit direction and support to truck drivers and installers, including conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings

· Liaise with clients and contractors on site to deliver jobs safely and on schedule

Skills and experience:

Required:

· At least 3 years of demonstrated experience driving heavy vehicles

· Experience transporting loads safely, including pre-starts and load security

· Minimum HR - B driver's license

· White Card

Desirable:

· Experience supervising teams offloading materials on work sites and experience in temporary fencing installation and dismantling

· Forklift license

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
