About the Role:

Timeless Services VIC Pty Ltd is seeking a female Disability Support Worker who is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, respectful, open-minded and committed to providing affirming, person-centred support to a participant in Noble Park, Victoria.

The participant identifies as LGBTQIA+ and values a support worker who respects their identity, pronouns, personal preferences and individuality. We are looking for someone who can create a safe, comfortable and welcoming workplace while supporting independence and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide four hours of community access support every Friday, assisting with activities such as:

- Going out for lunch and visiting cafés.
- Shopping and everyday community outings.
- Swimming and recreational activities.
- Walks in parks and along the beach.
- Bowling and mini golf.
- Encouraging independence, social participation and meaningful community engagement.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

- Be a female support worker who is compassionate, patient and reliable.
- Demonstrate LGBTQIA+ awareness and provide inclusive, affirming support.




- Respect the participant's identity, pronouns, privacy, dignity and personal boundaries.
- Be non-judgmental, approachable and supportive of individual choices.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be available for four hours every Friday.
- Be comfortable supporting community outings and recreational activities.

Essential Requirements:

- Relevant disability support experience or qualifications.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, as applicable.
- First Aid and CPR certification, as required.
- Commitment to participant safeguarding, choice and control, and NDIS Practice Standards.
- A driver's licence and access to a vehicle if required for the agreed support arrangements.

Pay: $30.00 – $57.38 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4.0 per week
