With operations across NSW, QLD, SA and WA, we continue to expand our national footprint and are seeking an experienced Logistics / Procurement Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Logistics / Procurement Manager to oversee the coordination of logistics, procurement, fleet, plant and equipment across our national operations.

This is a key role within the business, ensuring our projects have the necessary materials, equipment and resources to operate efficiently, safely and cost-effectively.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in construction logistics, procurement and supplier management, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.

What your key responsibilities would be:

- Oversee day-to-day logistics and procurement operations across multiple construction projects.

- Manage the sourcing, purchasing and supply of formwork materials, plant, tools, equipment and consumables.

- Coordinate daily transport schedules, truck movements and site deliveries.

- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Oversee company fleet, plant and equipment, including maintenance, servicing, registrations and compliance.

- Manage hire equipment, including procurement, allocation, tracking and off-hire coordination.

- Supervise yard operations, staff and inventory management.

- Maintain accurate plant records, lifting registers and equipment documentation.

- Coordinate plant onboarding, inductions and compliance requirements.





- Ensure compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), RMS/HVIS inspections and relevant safety regulations.

- Conduct and coordinate yard audits, fleet inspections and compliance reviews.

- Oversee external supplier invoicing, internal cost allocations and expenditure tracking.

- Review employee timesheets and ensure accurate reporting and record keeping.

- Work closely with project teams to forecast material and equipment requirements and ensure timely delivery.

What we'd like to see from you:

- Proven experience in a Logistics, Procurement, Plant or Operations Management role, ideally within the construction or civil infrastructure industry.

- Robust knowledge of construction materials, formwork systems, plant and equipment.

- Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations, purchasing and cost management.

- Experience coordinating fleet operations, transport logistics and yard activities.

- Good understanding of plant compliance, HVNL requirements and relevant safety regulations.

- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.

- Confident working with procurement systems, inventory records, invoicing and reporting.

- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
