STORE MANAGER – FASHION RETAIL

We’re looking for a confident, energetic retail leader who loves fashion, people and driving results. You’ll lead from the floor, build a great team culture and create an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV and overall store performance
- Deliver an outstanding styling and customer experience
- Recruit, onboard and develop your team
- Manage rostering, wages and day-to-day store operations
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Oversee stock, deliveries, transfers and loss prevention
- Use sales results to identify opportunities and improve performance

What We’re Looking For

You could already be a Store Manager,



or an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready for your next move.

You’ll bring:

- Robust fashion or customer-focused retail experience
- A genuine passion for leading and developing people
- Confidence working with sales targets and KPIs
- Strong customer service and styling skills
- A hands-on leadership style — you’re happy to lead from the floor
- Energy, organisation and a commercial mindset
