Medusa Hotel is a boutique hotel in Darlinghurst. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the heart of the Hotel, you play an important role in creating a warm, personalised, and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering calls
- Checking in and out guests
- Welcoming guests
- Minor housekeeping to fill in tasks
- Answering and writing emails, messages
- Provide guests with information about local restaurants, attractions, and experiences
- Light hearted conversations with guests while maintaining appropriate professionalism
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and a solution-focused approach

Skills and experience

- Solid customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required
- Good problem-solving skills

Pay: $34.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
