Café Supervisor – Major Mitchell Café

We're looking for an energetic, confident and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team at Major Mitchell Café in Carnegie!

We're after someone who genuinely loves hospitality, has a outstanding personality and knows how to create an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be confident leading a busy café floor, supporting your team and ensuring service runs smoothly. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, lead by example and bring positive energy to every shift.

Your role will include:

- Leading and supporting our front-of-house team during service
- Delivering exceptional, friendly customer service
- Confidently managing a busy café floor
- Building genuine relationships with our regular customers
- Ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining high standards of service,



presentation and cleanliness
- Training and mentoring team members
- Jumping in and helping wherever needed during busy service

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, confident and has excellent communication skills. Previous supervisory experience in a busy café is highly desirable, and weekend availability is essential.

Most importantly, personality is everything! We want someone who leads by example, loves connecting with customers, supports their teammates and creates a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Pay: $32.00 – $43.00 per hour
