Are you passionate about skincare and beauty, love connecting with people, and have a natural talent for sales? We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Skincare Specialist & Beauty Advisor to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Kippa-Ring!

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of Australia’s largest Priceline stores, alongside a team of experienced Beauty Advisors who share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving great results.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn great customer service into successful sales — someone who listens to customers, understands their needs, confidently recommends the right products and loves seeing customers leave feeling happy, confident and cared for.

✨About the role

You’ll be more than a Beauty Advisor — you’ll be someone who builds customer trust, creates personalised skincare solutions and drives sales through genuine, meaningful interactions.

Your role will include:

- Delivering personalised skincare consultations and recommending products that meet each customer’s individual needs.
- Confidently converting customer enquiries into sales through product knowledge, engaging conversations and tailored recommendations.




- Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary products and build complete skincare routines.
- Building lasting customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Working towards sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the beauty department.
- Staying up to date with skincare trends, product launches and brand knowledge.
- Working collaboratively with an experienced team that values outstanding service and strong sales results.

You are someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for skincare, beauty and helping people feel their best.
- Has strong sales ability and the confidence to recommend products and close a sale.
- Loves talking to customers, asking the right questions and finding solutions that suit their needs.
- Is commercially minded, motivated by targets and enjoys being rewarded for great performance.
- Understands that exceptional customer service is the foundation of successful sales.
- Is confident building customer relationships and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
- Has previous experience in beauty retail, skincare sales or a customer-focused sales role (highly regarded).
