About the Opportunity
Are you a highly experienced, fully qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor or Estimator looking for premium, flexible contract work?We are looking to partner with a top-tier freelance QS to handle overflow project work. This role is 100% remote and designed for a seasoned skilled who excels at autonomous work—you take the project, complete it to an expert standard, and hand it back.

Note: This is a project-to-project contract arrangement. It is perfect for an established freelancer looking to add a reliable stream of high-end project work to their current client roster.What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Criteria):

- Fully Qualified: A relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. AIQS or RICS accreditation is highly desirable.
- Extensive Senior Experience:



Heavy runs on the board. You must have a proven track record as a Senior Estimator or Senior QS handling complex projects in Australia.
- Total Autonomy: Because this is remote, we need someone who requires zero hand-holding. You know Australian standards inside out and can spot gaps in documentation instantly.
- Your Own Setup: An active ABN, professional indemnity insurance, and your own commercial QS software licenses (e.g., CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam).
