The position of the Cook will be responsible for the following;
- Cooking Fryers / Grilling in a high volume kitchen
- Lead junior staff on shift
- Food Preparation and handling
- Portion and Quality Control
- Maintain the Cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
- Stock Management
Work Experience : 1 - 3 years cook position
Qualifications : Commercial Cookery III or similiar (desirable)

Pay: $68,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Licence/Certification:
- Commercial Cookery Cert 3 (Required)
- Food Safety Supervisor (Preferred)
