Japan City Macquarie is looking for an experienced Full time kitchen staff now.
Requirements are:
- Responsibility & Reliability
- Full Time Availability
- Minimum 2 years experience in any Japanese restaurant kitchen
- Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills
- Good Teamwork and Respect to others
Main duties will be:
- Food Preparation & Fish Handling
- Making Sushi , sashimi and rolls.
- Keeping the efficiency of the kitchen
- Maintaining Cleanliness
Working hours will be mainly 8:30-15:30 (except for Thursday 16:30-21:30 )
Wage will be $30~$32 weekdays base rate + Weekends Penalty + Superannuation (12.5%) + Annual Leave
