Livewell Health Physio is seeking a physiotherapist with at least eight years’ experience in Australia to join us as a contractor. We’re looking for someone who values long-term patient outcomes, enjoys managing a musculoskeletal caseload and is interested in contributing to the clinic’s growth.

Remuneration and flexibility

- 60% revenue share.
- Contractor engagement.
- Flexible days and availability, agreed around your preferences and clinic needs.

The revenue-share calculation, payment arrangements and full engagement terms will be agreed in writing before commencement. Earnings depend on clinical work completed and fees collected; no fixed income is guaranteed.

The opportunity

Your caseload

You’ll work with a range of patients, including:

- Office workers aged 30–55.
- Adults aged 65+ seeking to maintain strength, balance and independence.
- Recreational athletes.
- Patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and rehabilitation needs.

Our clinical approach combines appropriate hands-on treatment,



active rehabilitation and patient education. Depending on your skills and patient needs, this may include functional strength training, balance exercises, Clinical Pilates, dry needling and other modalities.

Your role

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individual, evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Help patients achieve meaningful functional goals and lasting improvements.
- Build and manage your caseload, supporting follow-up and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate with referring practitioners.
- Contribute ideas to marketing, service development and clinic growth.

About you

- At least eight years of physiotherapy experience in Australia.
- A recognised physiotherapy qualification and current full Ahpra registration.
- Appropriate Australian work rights and professional indemnity insurance.
- Strong musculoskeletal clinical skills, hands-on therapy and an interest in active rehabilitation.
- Clear communication, sound clinical reasoning and strong organisational skills.
- An honest, reliable approach and a commitment to patient-centred care.
- An interest in growing with the clinic over the long term.
