Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently.
- Manage your section efficiently during busy services.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and preparation.

- Previous experience in a busy café or restaurant.
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail.
