PhysioCare is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team across our Browns Plains, Upper Mt Gravatt and Forest Lake clinics.

About PhysioCare

PhysioCare is an established private practice committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based and patient-centred care.

You will work alongside a team of six experienced Physiotherapists, with opportunities to develop your clinical skills, gain valuable experience and manage a diverse and rewarding caseload.

Our clinics have strong referral relationships with over 20 GPs and specialists. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other allied health professionals, including dietitians, diabetes educators, psychologists and other healthcare practitioners.

Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on helping patients improve their health, function, independence and overall quality of life.

About the Role

As an Exercise Physiologist at PhysioCare, you will have the opportunity to assess, design and deliver individualised exercise programs for patients with a wide range of conditions.

Your caseload may include:

- Musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation
- Chronic disease management, including diabetes and cardiovascular conditions
- WorkCover and workplace injury rehabilitation
- Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) patients
- NDIS participants
- CTP and other insurance-related rehabilitation




- Private patients and Medicare-funded chronic condition management plans
- Strength, conditioning and functional rehabilitation
- Gym-based rehabilitation and hydrotherapy programs

You will work both independently and collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based exercise prescription
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
- A friendly, professional and compassionate approach to patient care




- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence in developing individualised exercise programs and rehabilitation plans
- Ability to communicate effectively with referring GPs, specialists, WorkCover and insurance providers
- Strong organisational skills and attention to clinical documentation
- Willingness to conduct gym-based rehabilitation and hydrotherapy sessions
- Flexibility to work across our Browns Plains, Upper Mt Gravatt and Forest Lake clinics

Essential Requirements

- Degree qualification in Exercise Physiology
- Current accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), or eligibility to obtain accreditation
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required
