We’re growing and on the hunt for an experienced Senior Barista to join our close-knit, high-energy team.
This role is 15 to 16 hours per week weekends is essential depending on your availability and skill set.
About the role:
This is an all-rounder role — we do everything, together.
You’ll be:
- Slinging coffee (high-volume, high-quality specialty coffee)
- Serving customers & creating unforgettable customer magic
- Preparing cabinet food
- Clearing tables & keeping the space beautiful
- Washing dishes, restocking, cleaning… if it needs doing, we do it
- Supporting the team during busy periods (because teamwork is everything)
- Stock take
What we’re looking for:
- Strong barista experience (dial-ins, speed & consistency matter)
- A genuine love for people and hospitality
- Positive,
can-do attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, motivated and a team player
- Someone who takes pride in their work and the space around them
