主要工作职责
- 店铺运营管理： 全面统筹店铺日常运营，确保各项工作顺利、高效地进行。
- 员工及团队管理： 领导及监督店铺员工，负责排班、培训、工作分配及员工绩效管理。
- 客户服务： 维持良好的服务水平，妥善处理顾客咨询及投诉。
- 商品及库存管理： 监督商品陈列、补货及库存管理，确保货品供应充足、陈列整齐。
- 运营表现： 监控店铺销售表现、运营效率及成本控制。
- 安全及合规管理： 确保店铺遵守公司政策、工作安全要求及相关零售行业规范。
职位要求
- 具备零售店铺管理或相关主管工作经验。
- 具有良好的领导能力、沟通技巧及组织协调能力。
- 熟悉零售店铺运营、商品及库存管理，以及客户服务工作。
- 能够独立处理日常运营问题，具备良好的应变及解决问题能力。
- 具备良好的英语沟通能力。
- 持有澳大利亚合法工作权利。
- 能根据运营需要于周末及公共假期工作。
优先考虑
- 具备超市、百货公司、大型零售店或综合商品零售行业的管理经验。
- 具有澳大利亚本地零售管理经验者优先，同时欢迎具备海外零售管理经验的人士申请。
- 能够使用普通话沟通及阅读中文运营文件者将获优先考虑。

About Panda Mart
Panda Mart is a growing retail business offering a wide range of groceries, household products and everyday essentials.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Preston store, lead our team and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, supervise and support store staff, including rostering, training and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage merchandise displays, stock availability, replenishment and inventory control.
- Monitor store sales, operational performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and retail procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management and customer service.
- Ability to solve problems, work independently and manage daily store activities.
- Good English communication skills and valid Australian working rights.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Highly Regarded
- Experience in supermarkets, department stores, large retail outlets or general merchandise stores.
- Australian retail experience is an advantage, but international retail management experience is also welcome.
- Mandarin Chinese communication skills, including reading Chinese operational documents, would be a significant advantage.
