BWE Drilling is seeking experienced T45/Top Hammer Blast Hole Drillers to join our growing Drill & Blast team across long-term FIFO projects in Western Australia.

What You'll Do:

- Operate T45/Top Hammer drill rigs to meet production targets.
- Follow drilling plans, patterns and site specifications.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine rig maintenance.




- Work safely and efficiently alongside the Drill & Blast team.
- Comply with all site safety procedures and company policies.

What You Bring:

- Proven T45/Top Hammer Blast Hole Drilling experience (essential).
- Production drilling experience within mining operations.
- Full driver's licence (HR desirable).
- Strong safety focus and a reliable work ethic.
- Clean National Police Clearance.
