Counterbalance Forklift Operator – Afternoon Shift

Location: Tullamarine
Pay Rate: $39.66 per hour
Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Overtime: Available when required

You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently while maintaining a smooth workflow throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks and containers.
- Handling and moving freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing transport deliveries.
- Ensuring freight is correctly positioned and secured during handling.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of counterbalance forklift experience.
- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence.




- Previous experience working in a 3PL transport warehouse is essential.
- Proven experience loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Strong understanding of freight handling and warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transport environment.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to safe work practices.
- Flexibility to work overtime if and when required.
