We are a well-established prestige smash repair business in Auburn, NSW. We specialise in high-quality repairs for European, luxury and electric vehicles, working with both insurance companies and private customers and approved repairer’s for automotive brands.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, certified Panel Beater to join our team. Immediate start available.

What You'll Do

- Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs on steel and aluminium vehicles, including EVs, to manufacturer repair procedures
- Set and measure vehicles on the frame machine and jig, and fit new structural components
- Weld (MIG), rivet and bond structural panels and replacement parts
- Repair exterior panels through metal finishing, ready for paint
- Remove and refit related components, including trim, suspension, radiators and airbags
- Follow correct high-voltage safety procedures on EVs
- Work with the team to keep repairs on schedule and to a high standard

What You'll Bring

- Trade qualification in Vehicle Body Repair
- 3+ years' experience in a quality collision repair workshop
- Current I-CAR certification in steel, aluminium and EV repair (essential)
- Proficient MIG welding, plus aluminium welding and riveting experience




- Ability to read and follow manufacturer repair procedures
- European or luxury vehicle experience (highly regarded)
- Neat, organised work habits and pride in your workmanship
- Full Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights
