- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and coffee staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Prepare tables, set up the dining area and transparent tables after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.
- Operate the POS system and handle customer payments.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Restock supplies and maintain an organised service area.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Follow food safety, workplace health and safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service.
Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
