Solidaire Lending is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new mortgage broker to join our team in Keysborough. With more than 25 years of combined lending industry experience, our team is committed to professional service, transparent advice and helping clients find lending solutions suited to their needs.

What you’ll do

· Assist clients with their home loan and finance enquiries.

· Learn how to understand clients’ financial circumstances and borrowing requirements.

· Develop your knowledge of lender policies, loan products and lending criteria.

· Gain practical experience in loan structuring, application preparation and submission.

· Learn how to manage client relationships and guide clients through the lending process.

· Build your understanding of industry compliance and responsible lending obligations.

· Develop your professional network and grow your career in mortgage broking.

What we’re looking for

· A completed or near-completed Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

· A genuine interest in mortgage broking, property and finance.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

· A willingness to learn, take feedback and develop professionally.

· A professional, client-focused approach with a commitment to ethical conduct.
