In this diverse role, you'll support customers, service and parts teams, and branch operations while ensuring day-to-day administration runs smoothly.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of the branch. You'll manage reception duties, provide administrative support, assist with accounts processes, and work closely with service and parts teams to help deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage front counter enquiries and incoming calls in a qualified and friendly manner

Provide general administration support including filing, document management, data entry and correspondence

Process purchase orders and support supplier transactions

Assist with timesheet and job administration processes

Handle account enquiries and help maintain strong customer relationships

Support parts, service and sales operations with administrative tasks

Assist with stocktake activities and inventory administration

Process accounts payable invoices, banking and petty cash transactions

Prepare and distribute branch reports as required

Contribute to a safe, organised and professional workplace environment

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role





Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and organisational capability

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

A proactive attitude and willingness to support multiple teams

Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
