Compass Group Defence Hospitality in Mosman is seeking a reliable Kitchenhand to join HMAS Penguin operations on a part-time basis. You will support chefs, handle basic prep, keep the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have prior kitchen/food service experience, a solid work ethic and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. National Police Check and Defence clearance are required.
