Coffee Machine Warehouse is expanding, and we're looking for 4 motivated and reliable Service Technicians to join our growing workshop team in Clayton

No previous coffee machine experience? No problem If you have strong hands‑on technical skills, enjoy troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Based at 1858 Princes Highway, Clayton VIC, we supply and service equipment for customers across Australia.

We work with leading brands including La Marzocco, Rocket, Wega, Rancilio, Nuova Simonelli and many more.

About the Role

We have 4 full‑time positions available within our Clayton service workshop.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic and commercial coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical faults.




- Service and repair domestic and commercial coffee machines.
- Identify issues with pumps, boilers, valves, solenoids, heating systems, sensors and control boards.
- Replace or repair faulty components.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
- Test machines to ensure safe operation and performance.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Manage assigned jobs and workshop turnaround times.
- Work alongside our experienced service team.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.

What We're Looking For

- Practical experience in electrical, electronic, mechanical, appliance repair or similar technical work.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Confidence working with tools and technical equipment.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Previous coffee machine repair experience is highly regarded but NOT essential.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is highly negotiable and will be determined based on your experience, technical qualifications and skill level.
