The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Contracts Administrator to join an experienced team located in Brisbane. You will support projects and commercial teams with a range of administrative and project coordination duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with contract administration and project documentation
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management processes
- Preparing and maintaining project records and correspondence
- Assisting with progress claims, variations, and cost tracking




- Coordinating supplier and subcontractor documentation
- Supporting project managers and site teams with day-to-day project requirements
- Learning and developing skills across project delivery, commercial management, and construction operation

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong interest in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment

This role is an excellent prospect for a recent school/uni leaver, current construction management student, or someone looking to begin their career in project delivery and contract administration. Previous administration, customer service and construction experience is desired but not essential.
