About the register

Comcare maintains a Claims Management Temporary Employment Register to identify and engage skilled individuals for non-ongoing (temporary) positions across the Claims Management Group. This register allows us to quickly connect with applicants who bring relevant experience and capability to support our work in a range of APS Level 2 to APS Level 6 positions.

These positions are offered on a non-ongoing basis for a specified term of up to 18 months, depending on operational needs. Non-ongoing contracts may be issued for an initial period of up to 12 months, with the option to extend to a maximum of 18 months. Please note that non-ongoing contracts can only be extended once,



regardless of the duration.

- Positions offered through this register are temporary only and do not lead to ongoing employment or promotion under the Public Service Act 1999.
- You may be contacted if a position arises that aligns with your skills, experience and availability.
- Registration on the register records your interest in working at Comcare. It does not guarantee a position becoming available or an offer of non-ongoing employment.
- Applications will remain active until Friday, 18 December 2025. After this date, you will need to reapply to be considered for future opportunities.

Eligibility criteria
