About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, energetic and highly organised Sales, Education & Wholesale Coordinator to join the Hair Candy Australia team

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a growing Australian hair brand, where no two days are the same and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact.

Working closely with our Wholesale & Education Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing two major areas of our business: professional education and wholesale sales.

From driving sales and coordinating education events to building relationships with salon partners, managing ambassadors and supporting daily operations, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business.

We’re a small, close-knit team, and that’s what makes this role unique. We don't operate with rigid job descriptions or a "that’s not my job" mentality. Everyone wears multiple hats, gets involved and works together to make things happen.

One day you might be coordinating a major education event, the next you’re helping launch a new product, following up on sales opportunities or jumping into the warehouse to help get orders out the door.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative and genuinely enjoys being busy. Someone who sees what needs to be done and gets stuck in, rather than waiting to be asked.

What You’ll Be Doing

Education Sales & Coordination

- Help drive education sales by promoting classes, managing ticket sales and proactively following up on enquiries.
- Monitor education bookings and class numbers, identifying opportunities to increase attendance and maximise class capacity.
- Manage education listings, ticket availability and course information on Shopify.
- Coordinate education events, workshops and masterclasses from initial planning through to delivery.
- Liaise with educators, coordinating schedules, communications and event requirements.
- Source and organise models, including preparing and managing model and educator contracts.
- Source and coordinate host salons for education events.
- Manage event logistics, attendee communications and post-event follow-ups to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Collaborate with brand partners on education events and promotional opportunities.

Wholesale Sales & Operations

- Help drive wholesale sales and support the continued growth of our salon partner network.
- Respond to wholesale enquiries, providing salons with product information,



ordering assistance and ongoing support.
- Proactively follow up on sales opportunities, encourage repeat orders and build robust relationships with salon partners.
- Maintain and update our Shopify website, including product listings, pricing, collections and website content.
- Assist with stock control, monitoring inventory levels and coordinating product ordering.
- Support the creation and coordination of marketing content that showcases our products and drives wholesale sales.
- Assist with customer complaints by investigating issues and coordinating professional, timely resolutions alongside the Wholesale & Education Manager.

Ambassador & Community Management

- Assist with identifying and recruiting new brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate ambassador contracts, onboarding and ongoing communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our ambassador community.
- Provide ongoing support with product enquiries, brand resources and general requirements.
- Coordinate monthly ambassador orders and assist with product allocations.
- Monitor ambassador activity, content commitments and engagement to ensure partnerships deliver value.

General Business Support

As part of a small, growing business, teamwork and flexibility are essential.

You’ll be expected to pitch in across different areas of the business when needed, whether that’s helping with stock, picking and packing wholesale orders during busy periods, assisting with a product launch or supporting other team members.
