Icon Construction is seeking a proactive Submissions Coordinator for our New Business team in Melbourne. You will coordinate EOIs, tenders and post-tender submissions, gathering information from technical and operations teams to produce high-quality, compliant documents.

Reporting to the New Business Manager, you will manage timelines, support bid writing, and ensure qualified presentation across submissions while collaborating with estimating, design, and leadership teams.
