Lansvale Motor Group is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead and grow our used vehicle operation.

This is a senior role within a high volume, performance driven dealership with a strong buy and sell culture. We are looking for a proven manager who understands how to drive volume, protect gross profit, manage stock and lead a team to consistent results.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing the used car sales team
- Driving sales volume and gross profit
- Achieving departmental KPIs and performance targets
- Coaching, inspiring and developing the sales team
- Managing stock levels, ageing, pricing and stock turn
- Actively buying and acquiring vehicles
- Managing trade ins and vehicle valuations
- Maintaining the right stock mix for the market
- Maximising sales, finance and trade in opportunities
- Maintaining strong dealership processes and customer service standards

About You

To be considered, you will need:

- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager




- Minimum 4 years' used car sales management experience at one dealership
- Current or recent Sales Manager-level experience
- Strong vehicle buying, valuation and stock management skills
- A proven ability to drive both volume and gross profit
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of dealership profitability
- A hands-on, organised and performance-focused management style

Assistant Sales Manager experience alone will not be considered.

The role operates on a 10-day fortnight, including weekends, with rostered days off during the week.
