An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Practice Manager to join a busy and high-performing dental clinic in Tuggeranong, ACT.

The Practice
- Established 4-chair dental clinic
- Busy, fast-paced environment with a strong patient base
- High-performing team of Dentists
- Offering a broad range of general and cosmetic dental procedures
- Located within South.Point Tuggeranong Shopping Centre
- Convenient ground-floor location near Australia Post
- Easy access to underground parking via Reed Street
- Clinic operates 7 days, however the Practice Manager position is Monday to Friday
The Role
As Practice Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic while supporting the team and maintaining a positive, productive workplace.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Leading and supporting the dental team
- Managing daily clinic operations and workflows
- Staff coordination, performance and development
- Supporting patient experience and service standards
- Managing rostering and operational requirements
- Maintaining strong clinical and administrative processes
- Supporting practice performance and productivity
- Ensuring compliance and practice standards are maintained
- Working closely with the Dentists and wider management team
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous Practice Management experience
- Ideally has experience within the dental industry
- Is a confident and approachable leader
- Can manage a busy, quick-paced clinical environment
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Is comfortable managing people, priorities and day-to-day challenges
- Takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach
