Here, every tech works in their own private treatment room. Soft light. Calm music. Your client gets the full appointment without the open floor noise. You set the standard in that room.

Who you are

You are a senior or master-level lash tech who takes pride in clean, consistent work.

You have:

You want 3-4 days that include Saturday peak trade. No Sundays.

Brows, lash lifts and wispy styles: we train those in-house if that is not you yet. We would rather grow the right person than wait forever for a unicorn.

Who you will look after

Women across the Northern Beaches who value quality over cheap. Busy professionals, mums, students and retirees who want natural-looking lashes that last, honest advice, and a salon visit they actually look forward to.

Many of our clients fall asleep in the chair. That is the bar.

The pay pathway

Your starting rate sits in the Senior band,



based on skill and experience. This table is the pathway, not day-one pay.

Senior Level 1: $35 weekday, $44 Saturday
Senior Level 2: $37 weekday, $46.25 Saturday
Senior Level 3: $39 weekday, $48.75 Saturday
Master Level 1: $41 weekday, $51.25 Saturday
Master Level 2: $43 weekday, $53.75 Saturday
Master Level 3: $45 weekday, $56.25 Saturday
Elite Level 1: $47 weekday, $58.75 Saturday
Elite Level 2: $49 weekday, $61.25 Saturday
Elite Level 3: $51 weekday, $63.75 Saturday

Pay starts from $35/hr weekday and climbs through Senior, Master and Elite up to $51/hr weekday, plus higher Saturday rates, retail commission, and bonuses tied to your numbers.
