Property Manager - City and Northern Suburbs

A well-established Perth property group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio of 80 to 90 properties across the city and northern suburbs. Full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

The Role

You’ll manage a portfolio made up largely of apartments and units, and be the main contact for owners, tenants and contractors. You’ll be backed by administration, accounts and experienced management, so your focus stays on your portfolio and your clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing a portfolio of 80 to 90 properties across the city and northern suburbs.
- Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance in a timely manner.
- Conducting routine inspections and final bond inspections.
- Monitoring rental arrears and keeping them to a minimum.
- Managing bond lodgements and disposals.




- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Processing invoices and general property management administration.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

About You

- Current WA Property Management Registration.
- At least 3 years' residential property management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of WA tenancy legislation.
- Experience with Property Tree, PropertyMe or similar.
- Experience with apartments and strata schemes is an advantage.
- Confident, qualified communication with owners, tenants and contractors.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
