About the Role:

We are seeking an Administration Assistants to join our team with an immediate start available. The positions are available on a part-time basis, with full-time opportunities also considered for the right candidates.

You will be based at St Ives House located at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075

Shift Times: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Saturday).

The suitable candidate will work within an established, dynamic and efficient team. We're looking for enthusiasm and a positive attitude, a fast learner with passion for working in aged care with the elderly. This is a great opportunity to expand your administration and rostering skills in a growing industry and a rewarding role.

In this role, you will support the management team, perform clerical duties, and assist with on-site rostering functions. You will also manage workflow and serve as the main point of contact liaising with staff and coordinating rosters as required.

To be successful, we're looking for someone:





- At Least 2-year Experience in Administration
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Good attention to detail, be highly organised and able to engage with a range of people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to priorities work.
- Excellent in time management skill with multitasking capabilities
- Handles confidential information with discretion and puts customer service at the forefront of their work.
