We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join the dynamic marketing and communications team at HQ(HongQi) Australia Smart EV. This is a full-time position based in Alexandria, NSW. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth within the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market. Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote HQ(HongQi) products and services
- Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, and promotional materials
- Manage social media accounts and community engagement to build brand loyalty and customer relationships
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
- Collaborate with sales, product, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and prepare detailed reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on advertising placements and creative production
- Support the organisation of events, product launches, and promotional activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging marketing technologies within the EV sector

What we're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications,



or a related role
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of the automotive or electric vehicle industry is highly desirable
- Experience with graphic design or video production is a plus
