Uniting NSW.ACT in Sydney invites a Caseworker for the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care). The role is full time (35 hours/week) on a contract until July 2027, based in North Parramatta with travel across the wider Sydney region.

You will coordinate care for children in out-of-home care, focusing on permanency, culture and healing. You’ll plan your week with flexibility, conduct home visits and liaise with carers and families to sustain lifelong connections.
