We’re opening a brand new Varsity in Midland and we need a kitchen crew to help us bring the goods.

We’re hiring across all Back of House roles below Sous Chef level, including:

Whether you’re an experienced cook, a weapon on the grill or just looking to get your foot in the kitchen door, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Depending on your role, you could be:

- Cooking up Varsity burgers, wings and all the good stuff
- Working across grill, fryer, prep and other kitchen stations
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for battle
- Helping the crew smash out busy services
- Following food safety and kitchen standards
- Washing enough dishes to question where they all came from

What we’re looking for

Experience is great, but for plenty of our roles, attitude matters more.

We’re looking for people who:





- Bring good energy and a solid work ethic
- Actually show up when they’re rostered
- Can handle the heat when service gets busy
- Work well as part of a crew
- Care about putting out great food
- Are available across nights, weekends and public holidays
