Smart Industrial is currently seeking licensed Industrial Electricians for multiple roles across ongoing project works, shift coverage, maintenance, breakdowns, and new plant installations.

We have work available from Wollongong through to the Central Coast, with a strong volume of work across Sydney’s Western Suburbs and inner metropolitan areas.

Roles Available

We are looking for experienced industrial electricians with the ability to work across:

- Control panels and switchboards
- VSDs and motor control
- Conveyors and automated systems
- Power and lighting
- Industrial machinery and plant
- Fault finding, testing, commissioning, and breakdown response

Shift Coverage / Maintenance Roles

- Working across multiple industrial and manufacturing facilities
- Diagnosing faults, attending breakdowns, and completing planned maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability required
- Ability to test, diagnose, and rectify industrial electrical issues

Project Works

- End-to-end electrical installation works across:
- Food manufacturing
- Recycling facilities
- Building materials
- Conveyor and automation systems

- Electricians must have:

- Their own tools
- Reliable transport
- Proven experience delivering industrial projects

Requirements

- Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
- Solid industrial electrical experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standard of workmanship and safety awareness
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
