APM (Australia) is seeking a proactive Therapy Coordinator to be the friendly face for families and therapists in Ellenbrook. You’ll manage bookings, maintain records, and support the admin network while delivering excellent service.

In this role you’ll handle appointments (in-clinic and mobile), NDIS admin, accounts receivable, and correspond with families via phone, email, and web. A can-do attitude and robust organisation are essential.
