Job Description

Primary Purpose This role is the face of a premium commercial tower in the Maroochydore City Centre: you'll look after tenants and their visitors from the moment they walk into the lobby, build real relationships with the people who work there, and set the tone for how the building feels. Snapshot of Your Day You'll greet tenants and visitors at the concierge desk, help with enquiries and wayfinding, check in pre-registered visitors, and meet and escort VIPs You'll take ownership of tenant requests from the first ask through to resolution, from restaurant, taxi and transport bookings to couriers, deliveries, flowers, dry cleaning and umbrella loans You'll log tenant requests, work orders and loading dock bookings through the building portal, and liaise with building management, cleaning, security and contractors until issues are closed out You'll keep the lobby and the concierge desk presented to standard, and give building tours to new tenants and their guests You'll support building events and activations,



so tenants know what's on and feel part of the community in the building Desired Skills and Experience

About You You bring: Front-of-house experience in a premium environment. Hotel concierge or premium hospitality experience is highly regarded A genuine passion for customer service, and the warmth to build real relationships with the people who work in the building Energy and initiative: you spot what needs doing and get to it before anyone asks Confidence and discretion with high-profile tenants, their guests and busy professionals A high standard of personal presentation Intermediate MS Office, and enough comfort with building portals and visitor systems to sort out the small problems yourself First aid and emergency warden accreditation, or willingness to be trained.
