Pharmacy Assistant/Lotto Retail Assistant - Newsagency Experience Preferred

West End Discount Drug Store is seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Retail Assistant with Lotto or Golden Casket experience to join our busy, community-focused pharmacy. With the recent addition of Lotto services, this is a great opportunity for someone with a newsagency or Lotto background who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. Lotto or Golden Casket experience is essential; pharmacy experience is not required. We're happy to provide training, including the S2/S3 program, to help you build your pharmacy knowledge and confidently assist customers throughout the store. Full-time available | 38 hours per week Key Responsibilities

EFTPOS and Lotto transactions Maintain stock levels and merchandising Keep the store clean, organised and welcoming Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations About You

Experience in a newsagency, retail or customer service role Lotto experience highly regarded Friendly, reliable and confident with customers Solid communication and organisational skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proactive with a willingness to learn Why Join Us?
