Grand Pacific Health is seeking an Aboriginal Wellbeing Worker (part time) to support CLS program participants, with emphasis on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across NSW. The role focuses on culturally responsive, recovery-oriented practical support to help individuals build independence and connection within their community. The position is for 26.25 hours per week, fixed term until 30 June 2031 with potential extension based on funding.
