About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing an established portfolio of high-profile clients across NSW. With a strong existing client base and significant potential for growth, this role offers the ideal balance of relationship management and recent business development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand your territory.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver creative,



tailored solutions.
- Manage client enquiries, quotations, proposals and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with our internal sales support, creative, production and operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities and pipeline reporting through our CRM.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in account management or business development within the Promotional Merchandise or Print industry.
- Experience in Print Management would be an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with corporate and government stakeholders.
- A demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for customer service and sales.
